KitchenVisions Celebrates 10 Years

2011 was a propitious year: Game of Thrones premiered, NASA launched the Juno spacecraft to Jupiter, Prince William married Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey, Adele’s ‘Rolling in the Deep’ was the #1 one song of the year, and KitchenVisions was founded by Jodi Swartz.

Founder and Principal Designer Jodi Swartz

After stints at two residential design-build firms, Jodi felt it was time to start her own kitchen and bath design, residential space planning, and ‘architectural interiors’ design firm, partnering with several general contractors to create smart spaces for their clients. In addition to becoming a cabinetry dealer for multiple brands, the KV team sources plumbing, countertop, hardware, lighting selections, and project coordination, while collaborating with homeowners and contractors who seek out their expertise.

Over the years, talented designers and project coordinators have been part of the all-women KV team. Cheryl Donohue, Natasha Young, and Melissa Messina work alongside Jodi to create award-winning spaces for their discerning clientele.

Looking Towards the Future

Our next ten years might look similar to our last ten: As technology and trends change, KV stays on the cutting edge of the residential design industry. We keep up-to-date on certifications, code updates, and educational events. By attending trade shows like KBIS 2022, and other virtual and in-person hands-on learning opportunities (most recently at the Milford Clarke showroom), the team at KitchenVisions is well-prepared to guide homeowners on the best ways to optimize their space. We have high standards, we love what we do, and we look forward to defining, designing, and delivering bespoke spaces for our clients.

We are honored to have won the Best of Boston Home Award for Kitchen Design 2022 on our tenth anniversary! Thank you to our wonderful clients and contractors for helping to make that happen. We could not have done it without you.

Are those champagne corks we hear popping? Let the celebration commence!
